Directions to Tellico Village: Tellico Village is centrally located in the eastern United States, just 31 miles southwest of Knoxville, Tennessee. From I-75 take the Lenoir City Exit 81. Then take Hwy 321 to Lenoir City. Cross Ft. Loudon Dam, (look for the Tellico Village sign on the right) then take first right which is Tellico Parkway (444) and it will lead you directly into Tellico Village. At the stop light make a right turns directly to Remax At The Lakes located at 292 Village Square.
